Topic: How to Transform Good Leaders into Extraordinary Leadersby Dr. Daniel Snively and Jim Foxworthy

Understanding the value of leadership and discerning its nature and dynamics still confuses many people.  Our discussion will focus on the following elements of this critical topic:

·         Why use leadership instruments?

·         Can instruments really measure leadership?

·         The bottom line value of leadership

·         Introducing The Seven Pillars of Leadership Wisdom©

·         A business case study of the Pillars

·         Business opportunities and applications for the Pillars and customized batteries

The presentation includes the science and validation of the instruments, how to help leaders recognize their strengths and weaknesses and increase their capacity for leadership.  Dr. Snively will illustrate how the results encourage leaders to understand how they lead and manage and how to increase their effectiveness and influence.

This forum is designed to (1) help companies realize the connection between extraordinary leaders and expanding the company’s profits or (2) build your business by helping other businesses and organizations select, develop and reproduce extraordinary leaders.
