Our Client a local bank is looking to hire a UAE National as a Head of HR Division. This position is supported by a team of divisional HR Managers working within Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Emiritisation. A Bachelors degree is essential and a Masters is preferred. The candidate should have at least 10 years of HR experience within a managerial capacity with a large organization. Previous experience within a banking/financial institution is preferred. Candidate must be fluent in English. Excellent communication skills are required for this role along with an ability to motivate others.
